Smooth eSigning experience

Needed to get some paperwork signed quickly, so I opted for the 14 day free trial first to test things out. The process to upload my document and set up the signature fields was intuitive. I used the Sequential Signing feature for a three-party agreement, and the notifications and reminders worked well for everyone involved. The Mobile App was surprisingly good for reviewing documents on the go. Once all parties signed, the Legal Evidence Summary was immediately available. Had a question about upgrading my plan, and customer support replied within a few hours. The only thing I noticed was a slight delay when first loading the document preview in the browser, maybe 5-6 seconds, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. Decided to go with a Monthly Subscription Plan after the trial. Everything felt secure.

Consistent service for years

I've been using Signable for my business documents for a few years now, mostly sticking with the Pay-As-You-Go option. This last batch of contracts went through just as smoothly as all the others. I've sent out a dozen or so documents over the past month, using the Multi-party Signing feature a lot. It's reliable, and the audit trails are always clear. No issues with delivery or the platform itself. It just works, which is why I keep coming back.

Good value, minor snag

I recently switched to an Annual Subscription Plan, mostly for the cost savings over my old pay-as-you-go method. The initial setup and integration with Google Drive went smoothly, which was a plus. I sent out several documents with the Bulk Send feature and it saved a lot of time. The Legal Evidence Summary provided after signing is comprehensive. My only minor complaint was that one of the reminders for a client to sign got stuck in their spam folder, which wasn't Signable's fault directly, but maybe a more prominent notification could help. Overall, good service and worth the price.

Hey, I saw something about a free trial. Is it actually free or do they make you put in card details and then auto-charge you if you forget to cancel?

G Gwen P. 2 months ago
Nah, it's a proper free trial. No card details needed to start the 14 days, so you can just try it out without any worries about being charged.

Can confirm, did the trial a few months back. Just sign up, test it out, and if you don't like it, you just... don't subscribe. Super easy.

Thinking of switching to Signable, currently using DocuSign. How does it stack up against it for small business stuff? Not sure if it's worth the hassle.

From what I hear, it's pretty solid for small biz. A lot cheaper than DocuSign for sure, especially if you go for the annual plan. Functionality is super similar for basic e-signing.

Yeah, I made the switch last year. DocuSign felt bloated and pricey. Signable is way more straightforward, still has all the main features you need like audit trails and templates. The API integration is decent too if you need that.
